Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how DYG Project collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when operating its short-form video workflow automation service, including its TikTok and Telegram integrations. If you use the service or authorize a platform connection, you agree to the data practices described below.
1. Controller and Contact
DYG Project is the operator of this service. For privacy, support, or deletion requests, contact younessgasbi65@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how the service is used, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account connection data, including TikTok OAuth authorization data, access tokens, callback data, and account identifiers returned by TikTok.
- Operational workflow data, including video titles, captions, render job identifiers, publish status, approval status, timestamps, and audit logs.
- Media files and related metadata uploaded, rendered, reviewed, or published through the workflow.
- Telegram bot interaction data, including chat identifiers, callback actions, and messages used to approve or reject content.
- Technical and security data, including IP addresses, HTTP request metadata, server logs, and diagnostic records necessary to secure and maintain the service.
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate connected accounts and maintain authorized platform sessions.
- To prepare, render, review, schedule, and publish short-form video content.
- To send approval requests and process manual decisions through Telegram.
- To operate TikTok API callbacks and process publishing responses.
- To investigate failures, abuse, security incidents, and service misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform policy requirements.
4. Legal Basis and Authorization
We process data because it is necessary to operate the service requested by the account owner, to fulfill authorized publishing actions, to protect the service against misuse, and to comply with applicable legal or platform requirements. TikTok account data is used only for the limited purposes authorized by the connected user and supported by the TikTok APIs enabled for this application.
5. TikTok-Specific Data Handling
TikTok access credentials are stored server-side and used only to initiate authorized publishing operations, validate callbacks, and retrieve limited account information required for the integration. We do not sell TikTok data, do not use TikTok data for advertising profiles, and do not disclose TikTok access credentials publicly.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share data only with the following recipients when necessary to operate the service:
- TikTok, when publishing content or validating connected app activity.
- Telegram, when sending approval messages and receiving callback decisions.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers strictly involved in storage, compute, network, and backup operations.
- Professional advisors or authorities if disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or system integrity.
7. Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the workflow, support auditing, preserve backups, resolve incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Access tokens may be retained until they expire, are revoked, or are replaced. Logs and media may be removed earlier when no longer needed for operational or legal purposes.
8. Security
We use administrative access controls, HTTPS, authenticated services, restricted internal routing, and server-side storage practices designed to reduce unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, and you should not connect any platform account unless you accept that residual security risk exists.
9. International Transfers
Depending on where hosting providers and platform operators are located, information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect data in transit and at rest.
10. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or clarification regarding the personal data associated with your use of the service, subject to legal and operational limitations. To submit a request, email younessgasbi65@gmail.com.
11. Data Deletion Requests
If you want your connected account data or workflow data removed, email younessgasbi65@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and enough information to identify your account and the data involved. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, backups, or legal compliance.
12. Contact
For privacy questions, support matters, account data requests, or compliance issues, contact younessgasbi65@gmail.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the date above and publishing the new version on this website.
